First my doctor suggested going to a gym. I tried that for 6 months and it was awful.
Working out exhausted me and made me feel horrible. I was hungry all the time, so of course I ate more and gained even more weight.
I also could not stand wasting 2 hours a day away from my family.
Then my doctor put me on a Keto diet. This was the worst experience of my life. I had constant head aches and was starving, as my body could not adjust to functioning without carbs.
This was also not a sustainable lifestyle for me anyways.
Defeated, I didn't know what else to do.
